If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

7. Bespoke and Personalised Jewellery

  • Deposits paid for bespoke work may be non-refundable.

  • Completion times are estimates and may vary.

Due to their customised nature, bespoke and personalised items may not qualify for return unless faulty.
 

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times:

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
 

9. Returns and Refunds

Your rights regarding returns and refunds are governed by UK consumer protection laws and our Returns Policy.

  • Cancel eligible orders within the statutory cooling-off period.

Damage caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper care

  • Unauthorised repairs or alterations

may not be covered by any warranty provided.

Customers should follow any care instructions supplied with their purchase.
